Our Landscaping Project - New Information

After multiple consultations and revisions as prompted by the City of Edmonton, our Landscaping Project is due for final approval in October of 2019. As a result of this delay, the Board has decided to complete both phases of our project simultaneously in 2020. Our Landscaping Project
Dear Homeowners,
One of the significant projects that the Board has been working on is the revitalization of our beautiful neighborhood. You may have noticed a refresh of the fence caps and logos - along with this, the Board has proposed a landscaping project for our key entrance points. The landscaping concept was presented at the AGM and we are pleased to inform you that the motion to proceed with this work was voted on and accepted by the members, including the special assessment over the next 2 years. Homeowners will see a dues statement in early 2019 with the additional $140/year which was approved for this project. The Board has secured a contractor and work is commencing in the spring of 2019.
